Thereafter the yoga instructor Mrs. Vani Arumugam, enlightened the students about the benefits of yoga. She started the yoga practical session with a prayer. Followed by centering and breath awareness which took 5 minutes and warm ups for 10 minutes. She also demonstrated the yoga postures which consisted of different asanas like Surya Namaskar, Padmasana, Balasana, Dhanurasana, Vajrasana, Virasana, Savanga Asana, Makarasana, Pavanmuktasan, Tadasan, Vrikshasana, Butterfly etc. for 40 minutes through online.
